Tumaini Children's Home is a project of the Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA), St Andrews Parish, Woman's Guild - Nairobi. 
The Woman's Guild is a fellowship of women believers with a calling to help the less priviliged and needy in the Church and the community at large.
The home, which opened its doors to the pioneer children on 15th December 2000, admits confirmed HIV positive orphans and vulnerable children. The entry level is 3 to 5 years.
The home is situated at ElBulbul in Ngong, Kajiado District, approximately 20 kms from Nairobi City.
