Social Responsibility

Since 1992, St. Andrews Church has been giving support to the Internally displaced persons (IDPs) forced from their homes by politically inspired causes.
We appreciate our members’ generous support which has enabled the church carry out its mandate of demonstrating Christ concern for the suffering. However the need is still there. Not all families in IDPs have been settled.
The support to remnant IDPs is still a major activity in our social responsibility programme until a durable solution to IDP problem is found. God bless you all.

Fulfilling the Great Commission

Jesus Christ commissioned the Church to reach out to the lost. During the year 2010 the St. Andrews Church through Social Responsibility Committee reached out and gave hope to the less fortunate members in our society.

Reaching out to the less fortunate in our society is a Christian mandate that signifies Christ like character of love and accountability and enhances the improvement of the quality of life for mankind.
