The PCEA St. Andrews Church mission is to build the kingdom of God by meeting the spiritual, physical and social needs of the people. It is in view of this that St. Andrews Church began the Hearing-Impaired Ministry in 1992 with the aim of ministering to the Hearing Impaired and at the same time improving their livelihood. • To promote and facilitate spiritual growth into spiritual maturity. • To promote and facilitate positive relationship between the People living with disabilities (PWDs) and the whole church. • Empowerment and capacity building in self-reliance activities. • Continuous needs assessment activities. • Family support activities through hearing impaired welfare programmes. • Sensitising and creating awareness in the church and community.

Mission

To preach, teach, heal, spiritually nurture and care for humanity and exercise social responsibility in fulfilling the great commission. Matthew 28:19
